Sales executives are ready to answer your questions; to bring you all information on the machines’ specifications, to show you the machines‘ working potential and to offer you the right machine for the technology required. They will offer you spare parts for the whole range of ZPS built machinery in North America as well.

High quality of the service is determined by our expert workmanship and technical background of the Service Centre.
 
Our customer support spans the lifetime of the machine – we put the machine into operation, we grant warranty service and we offer all further service including consultanting.
 

Introducing the machine into operation includes basic teach–in of the operator and maintenance team.
We will train the operators either on your premises or in TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. Training of programmers and electrical maintenance team is organized in cooperation with CNC systems‘ representatives. Mechanical maintenance team is trained in TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s.
